Companions and Adoption Resources

Guinea pigs are very social critters and most love having one or more of their kind as companions. There are various places to find another companion for your guinea pig: shelters, rescues, pet stores, and breeders are common options. Pet stores and breeders are usually fairly easy to locate but often one overlooks (or forgets about) the special critters at the shelters and rescues. Check out your local shelter or rescue group and the websites below. You won't be disappointed.
