Guinea Pig Fun's Jasmine is a rescued guinea pig (aka cavy). She is only one of a multitude of guinea
pigs and other critters who suffer abuse, cruelty, and neglect in the hands of their caretakers. Sometimes this abuse is intentional,
but often it is due to lack of knowledge as to the proper care and needs of a guinea pig or other animal.
This website focuses on Jasmine as she continues her healing process. It is also a tribute to her and a symbol of hope
to all of the other critters who have suffered or still suffer from abuse or neglect.

What's New?
Feb. 25: Check out Jasmine on Cute Overload ... Enjoy! Cute
computer-enhanced photo by Michele and awesome shadow box made by Momo! Thank you!
Feb. 11: Jasmine's video tribute was revised to include additional
images. Also, a new video was created as a thank you: A Tribute to Jasmine's Fan Club.
Jan. 24: Angel, Pearl's former rescuer and former caretaker, has created
a loving memorial for Jasmine. Thanks, Angel!
Jan. 20: Video tribute to Jasmine. Please click on the image to the left
or the bottom of this column. Please note that Jasmine's blog is active again due to requests to keep it running. Anna's
cam comics link added. Check them out ... very cute!
Jan. 6: Jasmine was
put to sleep late this afternoon so there will be no further updates to her website unless I make an album or video of her
photos. Although her health initially improved, it deteriorated after her bout of severe diarrhea with the accompanying
weight loss. I decided that at this point in time it was more humane to have her put down rather than continue to have her
circle, stare into the cage wall, or continue to have reoccurring health problems, some of which could not be resolved. Thanks
to all of you who have been supportive of her and followed her though her various illnesses.
