Jasmine had never had a bath due to her various medical problems and her head tilt but, at one point, she really needed one. The head tilt actually did not create any problems and she was very easy to bath. The water in the deep kitchen sink was shallow and she was never turned upside down to rinse underneath her (a glass and hand were used instead). She was so clean afterwards and did not "smell"!
